(Oh Allah, I ask, Oh Allah, You are the One, The Only, Self-Sufficient Master, Who was not Begotten and Begets not, And none is equal to Him, Forgive me my sins, surely You are Forgiving, Merciful.
[Ahmed 4:364, An Nasa’i 3:54,55]

Oh Allah, Forgive me all my sins

Allahum-maghfirli dhanbi kullahu, diqqahu, wajillahu, wa awwa-lahu, wa aakhirahu
wa ‘ala-niyyatu wa sirrahu

(Oh Allah, Forgive me all my sins, great and small, the first and the last,
those that are apparent and those that are hidden)

[Muslim:1/350]

Our Lord! on Thee do we rely

“Rabbana ‘alaika tawakkalna wa ilaika anabna wa ilaikal-masir. Rabbana la taj’alna fitnatan li-lladhina kafaru waghfir lana Rabbana innaka Antal ‘Azizul-Hakim.”

“Our Lord! on Thee do we rely, and to Thee do we turn, and to Thee is the eventual coming. Our Lord! do not make us a trial for those, who disbelieve, and forgive us, Our Lord! surely Thou are the Mighty, the Wise.”
[surah al-Saff; 60:4-5]

it is You, the All-Knower, the All-Wise

Glory be to you, we have no knowledge except what you have taught us. Verily, it is You, the All-Knower, the All-Wise
[surah Baqarah; 2:32]

My Lord! permit me to give thanks for Your blessing

Rabbi ‘awzi’-ni ‘an ‘ashkura ni’-mata kallatee ‘an-‘amta ‘alayya wa ‘alaa waalidayya wa ‘an ‘a-mala saalihan tarzaahu wa ‘adkhilnee bi-rahmatika fee ‘ibadikas-saliheen

(My Lord! permit me to give thanks for Your blessing which You have bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may do good which pleases You, and admit me, with Your mercy, among Your righteous bondsmen.) [surah Naml, 27: 19]
[Prophet Sulaiman (alayhis salam) made this supplication]

O Allah! Render my thoughts to be Your fear

Allahummaj’al wasāwisa qalbi khashyatika wa dhikrika waj’al hammi wa hawāyā fima tuhibbu wa tarda.

(O Allah! Render the thoughts and inclinations within my heart, to be Your fear and remembrance, and let my endeavour and desire be devoted to what You love and appreciate.)

my Lord! Grant me that I may be grateful

surah al-Ahqaf; 46: 15

Rabbi ‘Awzi’nî ‘an ‘ashkura Ni’mataka Allati ‘an’amta ‘alayya wa ‘ala walidayya wa ‘an ‘amala salihaan Tardahu wa ‘Aslih-li fi Dhurriyati ‘Inni tubtu ‘ilayka wa ‘inni minaal-Muslimin

O my Lord! Grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favour which Thou has bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue. Truly have I turned to Thee and truly do I bow (to Thee) in Islam

O Allah! Set right my faith

Allahumm-aslih li diniyalladhi huwa ismatu amri, wa aslih li dunyaya-llati fiha ma’ashi, wa aslih li akhirati-llati fiha ma`adi, waj`alil-hayata ziyadatan li fi kulli khair, waj`alil-mauta rahatan li min kulli sharrin

O Allah! Set right my faith which is the safeguard of my affairs. And set right for me my worldy affairs wherein is my living. And set right for me my Hereafter on which depends my after-life. And make my life for me (a source) of abundance for every good and make my death a source of comfort for me protecting me against every evil
[Muslim, 35/6565]
[Abu Hurairah (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) used to say (the above)]

Granting me peace

Allahumma inni as’aluka ta’jila ‘afiyatika wa daf’a balaika, wa khurujan min ad-dunya ila rahmatika[hadith]

O Allah, I ask for Your haste in granting me peace, and taking me out of the trials of this world to Your Mercy
[hadith]

Do not leave me to myself

O Allah, I hope for Your Mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for the blinking of an eye. Correct all of my affairs for me. There is none worthy of worship but You
